This Thermostat functions by sensing the temperature in the room and will turn the Fan on or off automatically as the temperature changes. Place this fan in a window to exhaust warm, stale air or pull in cooler air from outside. This powerful fan is ETL listed and is equipped with Lasko's trusted safety fuse technology for peace of mind. Simple assembly is required. Comes with a 1-year limited warranty. Condition: New
