Lasko “Cold Friend or Warm Friend” Giveaway Official Rules

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. You understand that you are providing your information to Lasko Products, LLC (“Sponsor”). The information you provide will only be used for administration of the Giveaway and in the event you are selected as a winner.

 

 

1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Lasko “Cold Friend or Warm Friend” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins when the giveaway post goes live on October 17, 2025, and ends on October 24, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Lasko Products, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

 

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, Lasko will post a giveaway announcement on its official Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts (each a “Platform”).

To enter, participants must:

(a) Follow Lasko on the platform;

(b) Like the giveaway post; and

(c) Comment on the post with their preference (#ColdFriend or #WarmFriend) and tag at least one (1) friend.

Bonus Entry: Share the post to your stories (on Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok) and tag Lasko.

Participants may earn up to two (2) entries per platform (one for the main entry and one bonus for sharing) for a total of up to six (6) entries if all actions are completed on all three platforms.

Each person may only win once during the Sweepstakes, even if their name is drawn multiple times. All entries must comply with platform terms of service and these Official Rules.

 

 

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Five (5) winners will be notified by direct message on the platform where they entered. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be selected. Products will ship within approximately two (2) weeks of winner verification. Return of any notification as undeliverable or failure to respond in time may result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

 

5. PRIZES

Each winner will receive two (2) 12” Lasko Ellipse Heaters (ARV: $139.98 per prize set). Total of five (5) prize sets available. Prizes will be shipped to one (1) address per winner within the United States only. No substitutions, cash redemptions, or transfers are permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

 

 

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lasko Products, LLC, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. All decisions made by the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.

 

 

7. GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
