Lasko Products, LLC (“we” or “us” or “our) operates the Lasko Connect Mobile Application ("the Application") and respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect your information when you access the Application and the circumstances of your permission request. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Application.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party. 

ABOUT COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
For this Application, we will not collect your information.  

MOBILE DEVICE ACCESS
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's Bluetooth and other features. If the phone system version is lower than Android 12, in order for Bluetooth to work properly, we need to request location information.

Android 10 and Android 11 systems are special, we also need to request the "ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION" permission, so that we can search for Bluetooth devices.

We guarantee that it will not be used for other purposes. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
