How do I assemble the fan?

To assemble the base of the fan, gently turn the fan upside down. Place the front base piece on the bottom of the unit. Then place the cord through the notch on the back base piece. Then, connect the back piece to the front piece by aligning the notches. Secure the base to the fan with the 4 screws provided.
